- eggs
- unsalted butter
- lemon zest and juice
- lemon curd
- cream cheese frosting
- Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and lemon zest.
- Fold in flour and bake two 9-inch rounds at 350 °F for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely, fill with lemon curd, and frost with cream cheese icing.
