- all-purpose flour
- eggs
- unsalted butter
- lemon zest and juice
- lemon curd
- cream cheese frosting
1. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and lemon zest.
2. Fold in flour and bake two 9-inch rounds at 350 °F for 25 minutes.
3. Cool completely, fill with lemon curd, and frost with cream cheese icing.
Smoked Salmon Blinis

- smoked salmon
- crème fraîche
- dill
- capers
1. Prepare blini batter and rest 20 minutes.
2. Cook small rounds in a buttered pan until bubbles form, flip and cook 1 minute more.
3. Top with crème fraîche, salmon, dill, and a caper.
Spiced Lamb Koftas
